This is the first attempt at a comprehensive, fully documented biography of
artist, designer, music theorist, educator and writer László Moholy-Nagy, whom
Engelbrecht argues is the most rounded creative figure of the 20th
century. It is in two volumes, plus a DVD. Its 841 pages include a
chronological index covering 20 pages and a general index covering 73 pages.
Illustrations, many in color, appear in the text and on the accompanying
DVD.
Moholy-Nagy: Mentor to Modernism is printed on acid-free paper with
library-friendly generous margins. It is a limited edition of 300 copies,
each signed and numbered by the author.
