be contacted and asked to indicate their preferences.
Additional Accommodation
For those delegates who wish to book pre-conference accommodation at Pollock Halls (or wish to stay on once the conference ends),
please contact Edinburgh First either by email ([log in to unmask]) or phone 0131 651 2007. Please state you are attending the conference (quoting event number 67358) when booking extra accommodation, this way Edinburgh First will try to allocate one of
the pre-booked rooms and avoid delegates having to change rooms once the conference begins (or ends). The rooms booked for the conference are in Chancellor’s Court at Pollock Halls (see the Image Gallery on the website for sneak preview)
