Amy's observation about the sound levels in the exhibition hall was, I think, a particular problem for the rather large meeting I attended there (The Future of Art Bibliography). In future, similar arrangements the situation could easily be remedied with presentation seating and/or small PA systems (the large, circular dining tables forced greatly dispersed seating). But a great conference all around. Thanks to everyone. Unless you were sitting next to someone, it could be impossible to hear a speaker as his/her voice drifted up into the rafters. > > Overall, Boston was another great conference for ARLIS/NA! > > Thanks to everyone on the local committee who worked so hard to create a terrific program, tours, etc. > > Amy > > Amy Navratil Ciccone > Univ. of Southern California Libraries > > ----- Original Message ----- > From: "Frechette, Mary E." <[log in to unmask]> > Date: Thursday, April 29, 2010 12:41 pm > Subject: Re: [ARLIS-L] Boston?
