Hi everybody,

If you haven't participated in the Art & Architecture Round Robin already, now is your last chance. I'll close the survey *this Friday*.

Subject: Art and Architecture Libraries Round Robin

Hi everybody,

Some of you will be quite familiar with this concept, to others, it will be new: since time immemorial (and my memory in these matters goes back precisely to 2003, when I joined RLG), the libraries in the RLG Partnership have shared what has happened in between ARLIS conferences through a Round Robin. In consultation with ARLIS, we'll include all art and architecture libraries in the exercise this year.

And as if that weren't enough innovation, we've also changed to format of the survey. Instead of using e-mail to share the round robins (as we have done since said time immemorial), we'll try SurveyMonkey instead. It should be much easier to collate the responses that way, and you'll be able to see what your colleagues have said once you've filled out your survey. To give newcomers a heads up, I've copied & pasted the 5 open-ended questions (plus the bonus question) below so you can think about them before opening the survey.

So without more ado, here it is, the 2010 Round Robin survey: http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/ARLIS_RoundRobin

The survey will be open until April 14th. Results of the Round Robin will be shared with the ARLIS board and the community at large (you'll be able to download them), and as tradition demands, trends get synthesized by Amy Lucker during the RLG Roundtable (Saturday, 11:30 - 1:00pm).

Let's see how this works out - and thanks for playing!
