The ARLIS/NA conference isn't only for sessions and workshops - come enjoy the parties too! This year we've crafted some unique events including a Saturday evening cocktail party that we're calling The (Ar)Tea Party: "The Artists are Coming... The Artists are Coming". Featuring live performance and installation art, you'll be able to experience the Boston art scene in a whole new way. Sip cocktails, indulge in dessert, and mingle with artists including: Marilyn Arsem (http://marilynarsem.net), Barbara Gallucci (www.barbaragallucci.com), and Nate Harrison (http://nkhstudio.com).

Make sure you put your party clothes on early Saturday, because directly before the (Ar)Tea Party, F.A. Bernett Books is opening its doors to ARLIS/NA. Enjoy small plates and cocktails amid their exquisite collection of books. Space is limited to 100, so register early and reserve your space for this one-of-a-kind opportunity.

And don't miss Convocation and the Welcome Party with live jazz music. Reconnect with old friends and meet some new ones, while enjoying the beautiful waterfront view of downtown Boston.
