The next Society of Architectural Historians Annual Meeting, will be
held April 21-25, 2010 in Chicago.
SAH (http://sah.org/) will celebrate 70 years as a society with papers
sessions, tours, receptions, roundtable discussions and most of all a
chance to renew old friendships and make new friends. The conference
Hotel is the Holiday Inn Chicago Mart Plaza
(http://www.martplaza.com/events/detail.cfm?EVENT_ID=EV_2009070815225986
9947). It is perhaps unfortunate that ARLIS/NA and SAH conferences will
overlap this year, but I know that several ARLIS/NA members will attend
both conferences back-to back.
I propose an informal gathering of ARLIS/NA members at SAH on Thursday
April 22 from 4:30-5:30 in the hotel's Citiscape Bar. Anyone game?
Please let me know if you will be attending SAH and if you'd like to get
together.
