A professor of Egyptology has asked me for advice. Her students are writing their research papers about single objects in nearby museum collections. Some of them may want to cite museum labels among their sources. I can find some suggestions online, but none so far that seems authoritative. I welcome your suggestions. I'm sure that museum librarians must have preferences, at least, about how labels are cited. Norine Duncan Scholarly Resources Dept.
