Error - unable to initiate communication with LISTSERV (errno=10061, phase=CONNECT, target=127.0.0.1:2306). The server is probably not started.
I worked at a small art museum in L.A. for 21 years
and I would have to say that our experience was very similar to Lynda's.
They certainly are willing to give for "educational and health-related causes"
and some performing arts, but not the visual arts.
