Perhaps owing to a fortuitous alignment of the stars, this particular issue of “Journal of Housing Research” is available via the HathiTrust (formerly known as the Google Project, here at U. Michigan).  Because this journal is in the public domain, one can get full access to it — not many issues are available online yet, but the one that Michaela seeks is and can be found here:

UCLA and other libraries do have back issues in print form, so I recommend submitting an inter-library loan request.
