Dear ARLIS Colleagues-
I am pleased to announce that Jacqueline Rogers has assumed a new role at
the Corcoran Library. Her new role is Digital Assets and Media Librarian
effective July 20, 2009. In this position, Jacqueline will be provide
leadership and development of digital collections that serve the
educational, instructional, and research mission of the Corcoran Gallery of
Art and Cocoran College of Art and Design. In addition, Jacqueline will
serve as the liaison to following graduate programs: Art and the Book,
History of Decorative Arts, and Interior Design. In this capacity, she will
provide collection development services, instruction, reference/research
assistance, and outreach.
Jacqueline holds an MLIS from Pratt Institute and a BA in Art History (Summa
Cum Laude) from the College of William and Mary. Most recently, Jacqueline
was working at the Corcoran Library as the Visual Resources Coordinator and
previously as a Reference Associate at the Frick Art Reference Library in
NY.
Please join me in congratulating Jacqueline. I wish her well in this new
assignment and look forward to her contributions to the profession.
