As always so many of you are responding that I want to share the correct answer with you. One colleague found the correct JANUS (there is more than one journal with that title. He found it on the Internet using a contemporary art web site I had not known of. Some of you may find it useful too, so here is the url
www.undo.net Type the title of the article in the search box and a link to this Internet journal comes up!

According to CSA, there is a title called Janus is on the source list for ABM:
Janus 1374-4844

They have a xl spreadsheet list as well, and on the spreadsheet it says it's in Flemish, which may be why it's so hard to find.
BNF has that ISSN listed like this, saying it's in English and French:
