SCAD-Savannah seeks qualified applicants for a reference librarian position.

 

The main responsibilities include assisting patrons in the use of information sources, bibliography instruction, library orientations and research workshops to individuals and classes, and creation of instructional materials.

 

Qualified applicants will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, an ALA accredited MLS degree, an undergraduate degree in a subject discipline taught at SCAD and reference experience. Demonstration of traditional and electronic information resources along with working knowledge of effective search strategies.
