The Indianapolis Conference Personal Scheduler has been updated
many times since we originally announced it. Lots of times, Room Locations,
etc. have changed. And there were originally some problems with incorrect times
when you imported it into Outlook, which have now been corrected.
I’d advise everyone who is using the personal scheduler to do
one last revision of your selected events and activities and print off a new,
clean copy (You have to be signed in to print off your own personal schedule.)
Then check it against what you have in your Ical application or Outlook.
I’ve also included Brian’s original message about ical apps and
how to tweak or customize your sched.
See you all Soon

Subject: [ARLIS-L] Tweaking Your Conference Sched
All,
I was finding that I needed more flexibility to add other
events and to slightly tweak Shed event times.
Below is a link to info on one way you can export your calendar information
from Shed and customize it to your specific needs. Furthermore, free online
apps like Google Calendar, CalendarHub, and 30 Boxes offer reminders via text
message (SMS).

Looking forward to seeing you
