Greetings!

As you gear up for the annual conference in Indianapolis, I would like to introduce myself as this year’s Conference Proceedings Editor.  The role of the Proceedings Editor is to gather the “paper trail” for publication on the ARLIS/NA web site.  This means I will be soliciting content from sessions, group meetings, lectures, workshops, and any links to presentations on the Web.  All submissions must be full text or Power Point presentations

You should appoint a recorder for your sessions unless you are confident that your speakers will submit copies of their handouts or links to online presentations.  Leaders of divisions/sections/roundtables and special interest groups should make sure that someone takes notes at their gatherings.

To view the Denver Conference proceedings and to better understand what types of submissions are required, please go to http://www.arlisna.org/news/conferences/2008/proceedings/proceed_index.html#top

All conference proceedings must be sent to me electronically at [log in to unmask].  The deadline for submissions will be one month following the conference: Friday, May 22, 2009.

I look forward to seeing you in Indianapolis!

Terrie
