These are two distinct events. La Biennale de Montréal is produced by the Centre international d’art contemporain de Montréal. Yes, there are catalogs. More info at http://www.ciac.ca/
The Québec Triennial was produced by Musée d’art contemporain de Montréal http://www.macm.org/en/expositions/49.html. There is a catalog titled "Nothing is Lost, Nothing is Created, Everything is Transformed: The Québec Triennial 2008." It is distributed by ABC Art Books http://www.abcartbookscanada.com/MAC.html
