Hi Ray Anne,

The Biennial and Triennial are indeed distinct entities (the next Biennial will open this spring).  A catalogue for the first Triennial was published by the Musée d'art contemporain de Montréal: http://www.macm.org/fr/publications.html
Whether or not catalogues have been produced for past Biennials I don't know, but ephemeral printed matter certainly has been.

Best,

Dear Colleagues,

Is the Quebec Triennial a new name for the Montreal Biennial?  Or are they two separate events?  Did the Montreal Biennial ever put out exhibition catalogs?  Is there a catalog for the Quebec Triennial (1st, 2008)?  Thanks, in advance, for your help with this.  Ray Anne Lockard
