Error during command authentication.
Error - unable to initiate communication with LISTSERV (errno=10061, phase=CONNECT, target=127.0.0.1:2306). The server is probably not started.
This is a maddening trend in periodical publishing! Vol/issue info has often disappeared from the covers. Sometimes it is on the spine. Usually, somewhere on the masthead page you will find vol/issue info. Unfortunately, sometimes it is not there either. Once in a while I have found a reference in the editorial essay - "In this Spring issue, we present..." or "In the next issue John Smith will discuss XXX in our annual April survey."
