Error - unable to initiate communication with LISTSERV (errno=10061, phase=CONNECT, target=127.0.0.1:2306). The server is probably not started.
Hello all: The Architecture and Planning Library at UB has subscribed to the 5 issue/yr deal for El Croquis for about 5 years now. When we initiated the subscription via Swets, we also purchased a number of back issues and now have a very usable collection of the journal. However, our serials person is not too pleased with Swets (missing issues; failure to respond, etc.lapsed subscription) and she is thinking of going with EBSCO. I mentioned to her that I am interested in a trial of the online version, and she says neither Swets or EBSCO offer it. I'd appreciate information ARLIS experts can offer on experiences with "El Croquis," especially preferred vendors, communication with the publisher on e-version, status of ongoing issues, etc., so we can make the best decision.
