One of our doctoral students would like to view a Christian Jankowski video, Shame Box, 1992 (120 min). This video shows passers-by sitting in a storefront window, expressing their personal shame on placards. There are still images (photographs) associated with this work, but she wants to see the video component.

We know this has been screened in conjunction with various exhibitions, but I haven't been able to turn up a commercial source for this video. I have suggested that she track down relevant curators and galleries, as well as "e-flux video rental" for leads.

Can anyone suggest other strategies?

Thanks in advance,

Nina
