The final draft of RDA: Resource Description and Access (the successor to AACR2) is ready for review at:

Unfortunately the draft is only available as a PDF, though the text was designed as an online resource.
Due to the delay, the comment period has been slightly extended. Public comments can be made through the CC:DA webpage:
https://cs.ala.org/alcts/RDA_Form/rda_form.cfm through December 15th. Comments also can be sent directly to me.
