The ARLIS-DVC Fall meeting will be held in the Board Room at Moore College of Art (on the 4th floor of Wilson Hall) on Thursday, October 16th. We are looking forward to meeting on the campus of a notable local school of art. Special thanks to Annabelle Curran, Archivist at Moore, for assisting in the coordination of the meeting.
We will be holding elections for the office of Vice-President/President-Elect, discussing the 2009 chapter Travel Award, and deciding our annual contribution in support of the 2007 ARLIS/NA conference.
Meeting attendees will also have the opportunity to view the exhibitions Alice Neel - Drawing from Life and Mary McFadden - Goddesses, as well as a free screening of the movie Green: The New Red, White and Blue from 11:30 to 12:30. This documentary by Thomas Friedman is “about the other inconvenient truth, the unprecedented scale of changes that need to be made in the world to combat global warming.”
The meeting will begin at 9:30 am, and the agenda is as follows:

Secretary/Treasurer Report by Mary Louise Castaldi
