From the Getty's point of view this is not happening. Any changes in your pricing would have happened last year. In some very small number of cases we knew that some adjustments had to be made to bring royalties in to line with royalties from similar institutions. At the bottom of this misinformation is some kind of poor communicadtion between your distributor and our pricing standard list. Please have your distributor contact me directly with your current and proposed pricing.

Hello All,
I just received a disturbing message from my Assistant Director that BHA and Avery are drastically increasing their pricing beyond RLG levels (In OSU's case, we're talking about increases of 530% and 275%, respectively). I'm curious to hear people's thoughts about this and what kind of work-arounds you might be thinking about.
