Error during command authentication.

Error - unable to initiate communication with LISTSERV (errno=10061, phase=CONNECT, target=127.0.0.1:2306). The server is probably not started. LISTSERV 16.5 - ARLIS-L Archives

We have a spare copy of Parkett 80 to give to any library that can use it.
 Those of you who have seen that issue will be nodding knowingly.  A
student noted that our copy was mutilated: the Ryan Gander insert was
torn. We ordered a second copy.  It turns out that the torn paper is the
artist's insert. So we have a spare copy.
