We’re looking forward to seeing many of you in Denver is just a few weeks! You can help to welcome your ARLIS/NA friends and meet new ones by volunteering to staff a shift at the Hospitality Desk.

The Hospitality Desk will open on Thursday May 1 at noon, and will be open each day through Monday. Hours vary a bit each day, starting as early as 7:00 AM and ending as late as 6 PM some days. The exact schedule is available at http://arlisna-mw.lib.byu.edu/denver2008/volunteerdesk_form.htm (updated periodically as I get volunteers), or by navigating under the Volunteers link on the conference web site. Along with the schedule you’ll find a form to submit if you’d like to help out.

We would be especially happy to have volunteers for the Friday 3-5 shift since our Mountain West chapter meeting falls during that time.
