It is that time of year again, so I thought I'd put a call out to see
if there was interest in getting a group together to try a vegetarian
restaurant in Denver. I think we might aim for Saturday (May 3rd)
before the Pub Crawl, but the location is still undecided. Most of
the vegetarian places are not in the immediate downtown area, which
is why they weren't included in the Conference Dine Out lists. There
are a few places that are either a bit of a walk or a short cab ride
that might be considered.

I've heard the Mercury Cafe has fantastic vegan desserts, but is not
completely vegetarian.
If you're interested, please let me know and we'll all decide on a
location via e-mail. I'm also happy to take suggestions from anyone
familiar with Denver's vegetarian restaurants.
