Good morning ARLIS/NA Membership,
A request was made to see the actual vote count and I'm more than happy to
share these numbers with you (I will also be sharing them at the Membership
Meeting). There were 233 valid ballots. I've itemized the vote count for
each item on the ballot below.
1) Addition of an introductory membership category
Yes = 228
No = 5
2) Allowing electronic voting
Yes = 232
No = 0
(1 abstention)
3) Changing the Board members' roles to functional liaisons
Yes = 201
No = 29
(3 abstentions)
4) Changes to the nominations process
Yes = 223
No = 8
(2 abstentions)
5) Dissolution of Round Tables in favor of Special Interest Groups
Yes = 226
No = 5
(2 abstentions)
