Colleagues,<br><br>The DC-MD-VA Chapter of ARLIS/NA is pleased to announce that Kimberly Detterbeck has been chosen as the recipient of the 2008 Student Travel Award.&nbsp; <br><br>Kim is earning her Master of Library and Information Science degree at the University of Maryland, and holds an M.A. in Art History from Syracuse.&nbsp; She lends her enthusiasm to her position as the Graduate Assistant for the Art and Architecture Libraries at the University of Maryland.&nbsp; In this position, Kim has designed a new web page for the Libraries, and is overseeing the efforts to implement the redesigned site.&nbsp; In addition, Kim maintains the website for the DC-MD-VA chapter of ARLIS/NA.<br>
