Dear colleagues,

Queens College Art Center (part of the Kupferberg Center for the Arts www.KupferbergCenterArts.org ) is very pleased to invite you to its new exhibition, first of this spring and no. 145 in the Benjamin S. Rosenthal Library, White Landscape: Drawings by Jin Lee.  In semi-abstract drawings and paintings, the Korean-born, New York-based artist conveys nature’s evolutionary energies via organic images.  The exhibition is part of Queens College’s participation in Focus the Nation, a national educational initiative aimed at raising awareness about climate change and global warming, and Crossing the BLVD: strangers, neighbors, aliens in a new America, a collaborative project of the Kupferberg Center for the Arts. The work is unusual and we think definitely worth seeing.

The artist will give a gallery talk the day after tomorrow, on Thursday, February 7, from 5 to 6 pm and a reception will follow to 8 pm. The exhibition will be on view through March 28.
