I have a variety of Photo Metro magazines (ISSN 0888-1138) to offer to an institutional library or libraries. I may need to ask for postage reimbursement depending on the volume of requests I receive.
I have issues dating from Oct. 1982 (vol. 1 no. 2) through 1997 (vol. 15 no. 145). In some cases I have more than one copy of each issue. There are probably some gaps but I don't have time to go through them all.
Photo Metro has featured articles by or about various "big names" in photography, including Jerry Uelsmann, Van Deren Coke, Harry Callahan, Peter Stackpole, Ansel Adams, A. D. Coleman and many others. The magazine issues I have were published in San Francisco by Henry Brimmer and Paul Raedeke (later by Henry Brimmer alone, and then by Jo Leggett). They are in pretty good shape considering they are newsprint. They measure approx 10.5" x 14.5"
Please check your holdings and be explicit as possible about issues you lack.
