Hello everyone:
I know this question has come up before but, I wonder if anyone can tell me the reasons/pros/cons they requested faculty status in an academic environment. Also, could the art and design schools comment on the attitude of their administrators toward libraries/librarians with regard to faculty status and academic study?
Also, if anyone has addressed the issue of development department control over library websites (placement of content, promotion of collections through the development office etc.) including platform please let me know.
