I am currently working with some archival material picturing our 2nd Director, Gertrude Herdle.  I have two photographs that depict her with other Art Museum Directors.  Both of the pictures are from mid 1920s to the early 1930s.  If you have access to any material that would allow you to identify your Director within those years, please contact me and I’ll send you an attachment of the photos. 

 

I knew that “attachments” were not allowed on ARLIS-L so I imported the photo into the e-mail body but it still was rejected, so I hope that you can help.
