Suggested Donation $5 CBA members/ $10 non-members In conjunction with an exhibition I have curated at the Center for Book Arts in New York City - Production, Not Reproduction - I will moderate an artist's/panel discussion (see above). The topic of the panel will be the Democratic Multiple. As part of his presentation, Phil Zimmermann will distribute a 'free' multiple; Ig Publishers will discuss the challenges of applying a commercial model to an artist book; and Rebecca Michaels will talk about her experiences as a book artist in the 1980's including unique ways of distributing her multiples.
