Hello All: I am new to this list and I have read the posts in the archives regarding the necessity of a second masters in Art History.  My question to you all is this:  Is a master’s degree in Humanities with an emphasis in art history a viable option?

I have an undergraduate degree in art history and an M.L.I.S.  There are no graduate art history programs in my city.  I have found a distance program in the humanities which claims it can be tailored to those interested in art history.

Thank you,

Courtenay
