I have to second Jonathan's idea. I like keeping it online, and if we have an effective system in which to update our own contact information through the AWS site ourselves, that would save a lot of time and effort later. I'm always happy to print out PDF's as well. It just seems like a smart, budget effective way to proceed. I suspect it costs a lot more than postage and printing to send these out.
