Error - unable to initiate communication with LISTSERV (errno=10061, phase=CONNECT, target=127.0.0.1:2306). The server is probably not started. LISTSERV 16.5 - ARLIS-L Archives

A faculty member at the Univ. of Kansas is looking for a free, online,
searchable version of Leon Battista Alberti's De re aedificatoria (in
Italian or English). I've checked everywhere I can think of without
success so would appreciate any help my colleagues can provide.
