Dear all,
I'm wondering if anyone out there has had experience of arranging or
participating in a job-share situation. I'm trying to find as much
information - pros and cons - about this kind of work situation for all
involved, including bosses, patrons, colleagues etc.
Please contact me off-list if you have ever been involved in job-share,
and are willing to answer a few questions and share your experiences
(good and bad).
