Hi everyone!

Thanks so much for helping to make this year's conference in Atlanta truly memorable!  In order to compile all of the great information and ideas from the conference, I will need everyone to send me reports of their sessions, workshops, sections, divisions, round tables and committees by June 1st.

Reports should include the title of the session or meeting, the date, and your name and institution as recorder.  See the conference proceedings from previous years on the ARLIS/NA Web site ( http://www.arlisna.org/news/conferences/conf_index.html) for samples of content, style, and length.  Remember, the proceedings of the ARLIS/NA annual conference provide a record for those who are unable to attend a particular session and for those who do not attend the conference at all.  The report should provide both a sense of the session as well as preserving more lasting information.  When completed, the proceedings from the Atlanta conference will be available on the ARLIS/NA website.

Please let me know if you have any questions.  Thanks in advance for your contributions!
