The Cener for Book Arts in NY City has been a major teaching
program; I don't know if it is still as active. It was started by
Richard Minsky but I believe he is no longer there.
The University of Iowa (Iowa City) has a program of book making and
paper making; they may be worth looking into.
Cheers from Bill Walker in Canaan NY winter is
here still. over a foot of snow today in Canaan, over the residue of
a foot and a half of snow several weeks. Spring is coming in a week
or two ???
