Hi Ruth:
I had the same problem when I tried to register online at the hotel last
week. However, when I called and spoke to an actual person, she was able to
book me into two rooms--one for Wednesday and Thursday and a second one for
the rest of my stay. She said that when I arrive at the hotel I will
probably be able to get a room that I won't have to move from. I agree that
it is shocking when registration has begun such a short time ago.
