The Art Collection is pleased to host the third lecture in the series addressing the growing needs and concerns of independent creative workforce in New York City.
During a lively discussion, including an active question-and-answer session, Richard Shebairo will cover:

Richard Shebairo is a CPA with an MBA in taxation from CUNY. He was a Tax Partner at Arthur Young (now Ernst & Young). He has been in private practice, primarily in the art world for the past twenty years.
