I would like to know if there is a sponsor who is interested in supporting a
travel award for book artists. The fee for a table for a book artist is quite
steep, and any help from the organization or sponsors would be greatly
appreciated.
I believe that book artists definitely provide a service to librarians by
presenting their work at the Conferences. The one-to-one sharing of artist's
books presents an opportunity for art librarians to view the work up close and
personal. This is a great way to meet the artists and learn about their methods
of creating the varied books.
