Colleagues,
A researcher is looking for specific information about an illustrator
named Charles Hamilton Owens (1881-1958) who lived in California and
worked as an artist at the LA Times. Her main objective is to determine
whether he left an estate and/or to locate living family members.
Can anyone direct me to a resource for this information?
