The Limited Edition was printed in Atlanta, GA on an Indigo 5000 digital offset press. The catalog includes 500 designs, with color illustrations of about 250 printed in the text sections and another hundred or so as smaller images in the checklist. This edition is issued in a foil-stamped Hahnemuhle Bugra-Butten paper wrapper. There is also a dust jacket of gray Rives BFK reproducing in black archival inkjet the line art from which the stamping die was made. A CD-ROM accompanies it, with high resolution images of all the books and variants in the collection, and the database file in .xls and .txt formats.

The Deluxe Edition of 25 copies is printed by photographic quality archival inkjet in my studio. It is slightly larger in format, and the checklist includes color images of all the cover art not in the text sections, for a total of over 500 images. This edition is in a stamped cloth binding that is adapted from one of the designs in the collection. The CD-ROM is mounted in the back cover of this edition. Printing was delayed on this edition when the paper shipment arrived with the grain running the wrong way, and further delayed when magenta ink was on back-order. but the subscribers' copies are now printed and are being bound. They should be shipping in about two weeks. New subscriptions for the Deluxe Edition will be made when ordered, and will take about a month to produce. Twelve copies are available.

The CD-ROM is also available by itself, for immediate delivery, and includes the complete Deluxe Edition text and illustrations in PDF format, the database with images, and the html version of the checklist.
