Error during command authentication.

Error - unable to initiate communication with LISTSERV (errno=10061, phase=CONNECT, target=127.0.0.1:2306). The server is probably not started.

I am seeking information about a vendor that may have some kind of cart that would carry large format architectural drawings.  Something that would accomodate large folders approximately 38"h x 50"wide --  and  would fit through a standard door ( flatbed type of cart is too awkward).   I really did not see anything in standard archive catalogs.
