Error during command authentication.
Error - unable to initiate communication with LISTSERV (errno=10061, phase=CONNECT, target=127.0.0.1:2306). The server is probably not started.
We just signed a contract for catalog software (TLC). (Still can't believe it!) We use a card catalog now, so retrospective conversion (and obtaining a grant for it) is one of our next concerns. Have any of you had recent experience with these issues?
