Error - unable to initiate communication with LISTSERV (errno=10061, phase=CONNECT, target=127.0.0.1:2306). The server is probably not started.

Hi All,

 

I am a new member to the list serv and have a project I could use some help me with.  I am compiling a list of University Art Libraries in North America, and I am trying to locate a simpler way to do this other than Google-ing “University Art Libraries.”  Ideas?
