I'm doing research on public performance rights and art and design school video collections.  I'm curious about the approaches of other libraries.  What is the percentage of videos that you purchase with public performance rights?  Is it a standard set by your institution?  Do all of your videos circulate to students?  What sort of education do you provide around the proper use of videos with and without public performance rights?
