Library & Archives Canada tell me the results are not publicly available. Although they "can determine the cost of creating authority records, determining use (or benefit) was based on comments received rather than on system-generated use statistics".

Does anyone know if the results of the "costing analysis and consultation with the Canadian library community and with the public service areas of LAC" have been made public? I'm convinced that "the benefits of controlled series access points and authorities outweigh the cost of their creation" as LAC/BAC has concluded, but seeing (and sharing) countable beans would be great.
