Academy Access & Parking
Access to the Naval Academy is limited. All visitors must have a valid picture ID. Parking for vehicles with DoD stickers and handicapped tags only. Most of those attending the meeting will have to park outside of the Academy and walk in through Gate 3, at Maryland Avenue and Hanover Street.

There are numerous parking garages downtown and just outside of downtown at the USNA Stadium. The USNA Stadium parking is inexpensive ($5 for the entire day) and offers free shuttle service to the Naval Academy. Please click the link below for details on Annapolis City parking options and for information on the free USNA Shuttle. Also note if you arrive in town early (around 8 am), you may be able to get a precious 9-hour spot on King George Street just before St. John’s Campus.

This address on Google Maps puts you at Gate 3 of the USNA, which is closest to our meeting location in Nimitz Library. Military Personnel at the Gate will be able to provide directions to Nimitz.
