Egads! Obviously this message was meant to be titled "Stanford University VRC now  part of SUL/AIR." Very embarrassing for my first posting to VRA-L. My ARLIS colleagues are used to such gaffes.

Greetings friends in VRA and ARLIS/NA,

We are very pleased to announce that Stanford's Visual Resources Center has been transferred to Stanford University Libraries & Academic Information Resources (SUL/AIR). Formerly operating in the Department of Art and Art History, and with services limited to that community, VRC now reports to the Art & Architecture Library. While Art & Art History will continue to be our primary clientele, we are investigating how we can leverage existing VRC services and resources to the broader Stanford community. Interim Curator Amber Ruiz ([log in to unmask]) and Assistant Curator Huey-Ning Tan ([log in to unmask]) continue as the full-time staff of VRC, with Katie Keller serving as our half-time VRC cataloger.
